This website, https://betterfoodday.com/, is operated by Van Brands Inc, trading as betterfoodday. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Van Brands Inc. These terms govern use of the website and purchases, subject to applicable law and the policies referenced below.

WEBSITE USE

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate order and contact information. Do not commit fraud, interfere with security, introduce malicious software, or infringe others' rights.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Review product descriptions, specifications, instructions, and relevant warnings before ordering. If information needed to assess suitability is missing or unclear, contact us before purchase. Display differences do not remove rights where goods are defective or do not match their description.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices, payment currency, and available payment methods are shown before payment. Shipping costs US$7.99 per order. Taxes or duties collected by us are included in the price or identified at checkout. Other lawful import or clearance charges may be payable on arrival; our own statutory tax obligations remain unchanged. See our Payment Policy.

ORDERS AND FULFILLMENT

An automated order message acknowledges receipt. If we cannot fulfill an order because of unavailable stock, a payment problem, an obvious pricing error, or delivery restrictions, we will contact you and refund amounts collected for the unfulfilled order, subject to applicable contract and consumer law. We will not increase the amount charged without your agreement.

Orders are dispatched from warehouses in different countries and regions. Preparation normally takes 1-3 business days; estimated transit is 7-15 business days after dispatch. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Return & Refund Policy explains eligibility, costs, statutory withdrawal rights, and refund deadlines. We do not offer additional voluntary change-of-mind returns beyond mandatory rights. Parcel returns use the Virginia, US address provided in our Return & Refund Policy, which is also our business address.
